TASK Aerospace, Inc. is proud to announce that Mr. Jerry Wade has joined the TASK team as Senior Egress Technician and Master Instructor.

Mr. Wade has worked with TASK for the past two years as a Lead Egress Technician and Instructor, and has now taken a full time roll as technician and instructor in this growing segment of the TASK business.

When it comes to egress maintenance and egress system training, Jerry’s background is extensive. From leading edge systems to legacy systems, Jerry has maintained and taught a vast variety of ejection seats and escape systems on aircraft from A-10, F-15, F-16, F-22 and F-4 to T-38 and F-5. Jerry has over 30 years of hands-on expertise as a technician and as an instructor on just about every ejection seat system in the US inventory.

Jerry brings an outstanding Egress Instructor capability to TASK. He has conducted classroom, laboratory, and field training, teaching Egress System Maintenance in the US Air Force. And, as a Master Instructor, training the trainers as a Field Training Detachment Instructor for USAF aircraft egress systems.

Jerry retired from the USAF in 2005 and has since continued as a support contractor. Until coming to TASK, he was supporting F-4 and F-16 Egress Shops. Jerry is familiar with performing maintenance, training and assessing the performance of an egress shop and its personnel. Mr. Wade brings the next level of quality assurance and certifications to the TASK offerings. At TASK, we look forward to Jerry’s contribution to the exceptional TASK egress team.
