August 2018 – After accomplishing the implementation of AS9100C in 2017, Task Aerospace, Inc. has brought its quality assurance system up to the level of AS9100D. It has received and implemented its AS9100D certification of its extensive Aerospace Quality Management System. This international quality management standard recognizes that Task Aerospace has the necessary processes in place to address the aerospace industry’s demand for safe, reliable products that meet or exceed the requirements of customers and all regulatory authorities.

Task’s focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement ensures that its customers meet the highest Global Military and Civil standards for qualified safe operation of aircraft with aircrew escape systems. This focus ensures correct documentation, lower risk of product delivery disruptions, process control, and a strong focus on meeting the requirements of the customer’s critical mission.

Attainment of the AS9100D registration demonstrates Task Aerospace’s continued commitment to increasing customer satisfaction, lower costs and improved risk management across a growing number of aircraft safety systems, subsystems and aircrew flight equipment.

Through detail reviews and audits, Task Aerospace, Inc. is now registered and certified to ISO9000/AS9100D, adding credibility to the already-exceptional expertise available to customers.

AS9100D is the internationally recognized Quality Management System standard specific to the aerospace, aviation and defense industries.
