TASK AEROSPACE, INC. has announced the promotion of Tony Nikopoulos to Company President. Tony has been with TASK for 9 years, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. TASK’s founder and past President, Bob LaFrance, will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer and will be retiring in 2023. The promotion of Mr. Nikopoulos to Company President is in line with the company’s long-term strategic plans.
Mr. Nikopoulos has served as Aircrew Flight Equipment Manager, Supply Chain Manager, CFO and in other capacities promoting the growth of Task Aerospace from many perspectives. Task Aerospace has grown from a new company in 2013 to the premier global supplier of Egress System Support, which includes ejection seat maintenance and the manufacture of explosive components. Mr. Nikopoulos has led this growth through his many roles at TASK.
Outgoing TASK President, Bob LaFrance said, “Tony has grown the company, and has grown with the company. Tony will take over the role as President on January 1, 2023.
